Gen AI - Manager

Job Description

Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Manager to lead the delivery of Generative AI projects. The role focuses on project execution, team coordination, stakeholder management, and ensuring timely, high quality delivery of GenAI solutions. A good technical understanding of LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and GenAI tools is required, but deep architecture expertise is not needed.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Manage end-to-end delivery of GenAI projects.
•    Coordinate with product, engineering, data/ML, and QA teams.
•    Track project timelines, risks, and deliverables.
•    Ensure high-quality deployment of GenAI applications.
•    Provide basic technical guidance on LLMs, RAG, prompts, retrieval systems, and agent workflows.
•    Maintain communication with stakeholders and provide regular status updates.
•    Manage team members and ensure smooth execution across sprints.
•    Ensure compliance with security, governance, and responsible AI practices.

Required Skills:
•    Understanding of GenAI concepts: LLMs, RAG, embeddings, prompts.
•    Basic knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Azure AI Search, etc.).
•    Familiarity with LangChain/LangGraph for implementing GenAI workflows.
•    Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
•    Exposure to CI/CD, API deployment, and container-based deployments.
•    Strong project/delivery management experience with Agile/Scrum.
•    Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have:
•    Experience with microservices or API-based systems.
•    Knowledge of security standards: IAM, RBAC, encryption.
•    Programming familiarity (Python preferred).
•    Experience in MLOps/DevOps processes.
