Gen AI - Lead

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Design, Develop, test and deploy innovative GenAI features and solutions to augment / modernize an existing GenAI platform. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product managers, UI/UX team, and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into our products and ensure seamless user experiences.
• Optimize GenAI solutions/applications for efficiency, scalability, and performance, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

 Qualifications: 

• Proven experience in AI development, specifically GenAI. Strong expertise with at least one of these technologies - Azure AI, Google Vertex AI, and Copilot technologies. Proficiency in pro-code languages (e.g.   Python) and familiar with low-code platforms (e.g. Copilot Studio). Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as Assistant API, LlamaIndex, and Langchain will be preferred
• Ability to articulate strategic and situational perspectives and apply innovative technical solutions to business problems
• Ability to translate business requirements and solution architecture into solutions and estimate the financial, delivery and support impacts and quickly comprehend and apply capabilities of new technologies
• Strong verbal/written communication, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority. Must be able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high-performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork. Strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans.

Mandatory skills:

• Azure (expert level)
• Azure API Management (APM) – must be strong
• .NET Core – non negotiable
• Python (preferred, especially future direction)

   Nice to have:

• LLM integration experience
• Token accounting / usage metering
