Gen AI - Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead with mandatory hands‑on experience in .NET Core and Python, strong expertise in Microsoft Azure services, and demonstrable experience in Generative AI (GenAI) solutions. The ideal candidate will design, build, and optimize scalable cloud‑based applications and AI‑driven systems, working closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact solutions.

Responsibilities:

Design, Develop, test and deploy innovative GenAI features and solutions to augment / modernize an existing GenAI platform. 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product managers, UI/UX team, and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into our products and ensure seamless user experiences.

Optimize GenAI solutions/applications for efficiency, scalability, and performance, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

 Qualifications: 

Proven experience in AI development, specifically GenAI. Strong expertise with at least one of these technologies - Azure AI, Google Vertex AI, and Copilot technologies. Proficiency in pro-code languages (e.g.   Python) and familiar with low-code platforms (e.g. Copilot Studio). Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as Assistant API, LlamaIndex, and Langchain will be preferred

Ability to articulate strategic and situational perspectives and apply innovative technical solutions to business problems

Ability to translate business requirements and solution architecture into solutions and estimate the financial, delivery and support impacts and quickly comprehend and apply capabilities of new technologies

Strong verbal/written communication, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority. Must be able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high-performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork. Strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans.

Note: .NET Core + Python experience is mandatory and non‑negotiable.
