Gen AI - Architect

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

AI Strategy & Development:

• Lead the design, fine-tuning, and deployment of Generative AI models (e.g., GPT, DALL-E) for business applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI use cases that align with business goals.
• Ensure seamless integration of generative AI into existing and new systems.

DevOps & Automation:

• Proficiently use Azure DevOps services for version control, build automation, release management, and application monitoring.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for the development, testing, and deployment of AI-driven applications.
• Utilize Infrastructure as Code (Iac) tools, such as ARM templates or Terraform, to automate infrastructure provisioning and ensure repeatable deployments.

Containerization & Orchestration:

• Deploy containerized AI applications using Docker and manage orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Optimize containerized workflows to improve application scalability and reduce deployment time.

Technical Leadership:

• Drive the development of scalable and efficient generative AI solutions, ensuring they meet performance and reliability standards.
• Mentor team members on best practices in Python programming, DevOps, and AI integration.
• Provide guidance on infrastructure design for AI workloads on Azure.

Scripting & Automation:

• Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure monitoring and alerting mechanisms are in place to detect and resolve issues quickly.

Collaboration & Governance:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of AI solutions.
• Establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance with data privacy and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

• Programming Skills: Advanced proficiency in Python, with experience in AI/ML frameworks.
• Azure DevOps: Expertise in version control systems (e.g., Git) and Azure DevOps tools for automation and monitoring.
• CI/CD Pipelines: Proven ability to design and implement continuous integration and deployment workflows.
• Infrastructure as Code: Experience with ARM templates or Terraform for provisioning cloud infrastructure.
• Containerization: Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for application deployment and orchestration.

Experience:

• 12+ years of experience in software development, with 6+ years in AI/ML or Generative AI projects.
• Demonstrated experience in deploying and managing AI applications in production environments.
• Proven track record of implementing DevOps best practices and automation strategies.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
