Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack GenAI Engineer to join in a Hybrid work model. This role blends modern front-end engineering (React) with backend/GenAI engineering (Python) to build enterprise-grade GenAI applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will develop user-centric AI experiences, integrate agentic workflows using Google ADK and MCP, and deliver secure, scalable solutions aligned to Risk and governance expectations.

  • Experience: 8-9 years
  • Work Mode: Hybrid
  • Employment Type: Full-time / Contract
  • Primary Stack: React, Python, GCP, Google ADK, MCP
  • Additional Requirement: Working experience of LangChain

 

Required Technical Skills

Front End

  • React (advanced): component design, state management, performance optimization, accessibility, and API integration
  • Strong UI engineering fundamentals: modular design, error handling, and responsive layouts

Backend / Programming

  • Python (advanced): API development, data handling, async patterns (as needed), testing, packaging, and clean architecture

GenAI / Agentic Frameworks (Core)

  • Hands-on experience with Google ADK and MCP for agent/tool orchestration and connectors
  • Working knowledge of LangChain and LangGraph (prompting, tools, orchestration concepts, stateful workflows)

Cloud

  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP) experience building and deploying applications in enterprise settings
  • Familiarity with secure cloud patterns: IAM concepts, secrets management, networking basics, logging/monitoring

Databases / Vector DBs (Any)

  • Experience with at least one database and a vector store (e.g., pgvector, Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, Elastic/OpenSearch, etc.)
  • Understanding of embedding-based retrieval, indexing, and retrieval quality tuning

 

Required Experience

  • Must be proficient in ReactJS, Python
  • Must have production experience with Langchain and Google ADK.
  • Must have at least 1 production grade GenAI application with these technologies
  • Must have 6+ years of work experience
