Job Description

1. Role Summary

We are seeking experienced Full Stack GenAI Developers to support the development, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise-grade AI applications leveraging Claude-based solutions in a cloud environment. The role requires strong expertise in Generative AI platforms, cloud infrastructure (GCP), full-stack development, CI/CD pipelines, and application support. The candidate will be responsible for supporting Claude-powered applications, enterprise configurations, testing, deployment activities, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design, development, and maintenance of Claude-powered Generative AI applications.
  • Configure and manage enterprise-level Claude integrations, inference services, and application gateways hosted on cloud (GCP)platforms.
  • Develop and maintain full-stack application components, including frontend, backend APIs, and cloud services.
  • Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and release management.
  • Support deployment, testing, and validation of AI applications across cloud-based virtual machines and environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, application outages, bugs, escalations and performance issues.
  • Monitor application health, security, scalability, and operational performance.
  • Participate in code reviews, release planning, and deployment activities to ensure adherence to enterprise standards and best practices.

 

  1. Required Technical Skills :

Frontend

  • Strong expertise in React (modern hooks, component architecture, state management patterns)

Backend / Programming

  • Python (advanced): API development, data handling, async patterns (as needed), testing, packaging, and clean architecture

Generative AI & AI Platforms

  • GenAI familiarity, supporting Claude applications and enterprise configuration
  • Working knowledge of LangChain and LangGraph (prompting, tools, orchestration concepts, stateful workflows)

Cloud

  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP) experience building and deploying applications in enterprise settings

CI/CD & DevOps

  • CI/CD to support Claude 3rd party inference cloud app/gateway (GCP)

 

4. Required Experience

  • 8+ years of IT experience
  • Proven experience in full-stack application development and enterprise application delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI/LLM-based applications, preferably involving Claude or similar AI platforms.
  • Experience with GCP cloud services, deployment, and operational support.
  • Strong background in CI/CD implementation, cloud deployments, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience supporting production applications, incident resolution, and end-user escalations.
