Job Description
Job Title: Executive - Talent Management
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the background verification process to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards. Works with internal teams and external vendors to verify candidate credentials, mitigate hiring risks, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end background verification process.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely and accurate screenings.
• Verify employment history, education, and criminal records.
• Ensure compliance with legal and data privacy regulations.
• Maintain documentation and generate reports for audits.
• Improve processes to enhance efficiency and turnaround time.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in HR Operations (Background verification and Onboarding)
• Strong working Knowledge of MSOffice (Excel/Word/Powerpoint)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of compliance and employment regulations.
• Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
This position requires working from office 5 days a week.
