Key Responsibilities

  • Drive employee engagement and experience programs for consultants based across the US & Canada.
  • Maintain regular communication with consultants to support their lifecycle, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth engagement journey.
  • Collaborate closely with internal HR, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure timely and accurate support for consultant processes.
  • Monitor consultant satisfaction, gather feedback, and recommend improvements for engagement initiatives.
  • Manage documentation, reporting, and compliance processes aligned with US market norms.
  • Utilize CRM/ATS tools (Bullhorn experience preferred) to maintain updated consultant records and workflows.
  • Ensure timely coordination with stakeholders across time zones (EST working hours required).
  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with consultants across the US and Canada.
  • Mandatory experience working with the US geography and market.
  • Strong working knowledge of HR & Finance processes in vendor-based organizations.
  • Experience with Bullhorn or similar CRM/ATS tools is a plus.
