Job Description

  • Define and implement end-to-end ETL test strategy for data validation and reconciliation.
  •  Perform source-to-target data validation using complex SQL queries.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Python-based automation frameworks for ETL and data testing.
  •  Develop and maintain Selenium-based UI automation scripts where required for dashboard/report validation.
  • Automate regression suites, data reconciliation checks, and repetitive validation scenarios.
  •  Validate data transformations, aggregations, and business rules across systems.
  • Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.
  • Analyze, identify, and track data defects; collaborate closely with development teams for resolution.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior QA members and contribute to quality improvements.

 

 Must-Have Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience in ETL and data testing.
• Advanced SQL skills for complex data validation.
• Proficiency in Python for automation development.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium for UI automation.
• Solid understanding of ETL architecture, data flows, and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems.

Good to Have:
• Experience with Spark, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar data platforms.
• Exposure to API testing and backend validation.
• Understanding of DevOps/DevSecOps practices.
