Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Analyze requirements and design Duck Creek configuration and integration solutions
  • Build modules across UI, Rating, TransAct, User Admin, and Forms
  • Develop and support integrations with Duck Creek APIs and downstream systems
  • Partner with business and Agile teams to deliver scalable technical solutions
  • Drive technical standards, mentoring, and continuous improvements across the team
  • Collaborate directly with business leadership to align technical solutions with business goals

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 6–16 years in Duck Creek Policy configuration and integration
  • Strong knowledge of commercial and personal lines templates (ISO/Non-ISO)
  • Expert-level skills in Duck Creek toolset: Express 2, Express 3, Server, Author, Forms, XML, CSS, HTML5, and SQL
  • Proficiency in Duck Creek native requests, Anywhere API, AMI, and Shredding/Data Insights
  • Experience building REST APIs and integrating with Duck Creek platform
  • Proven leadership in Agile teams with strong stakeholder communication skills

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Duck Creek Author, Express Page Builder, and Thememaker
  • REST APIs, Duck Creek Anywhere API, native requests, and AMI
  • DCOD experience with Active Delivery exposure
  • Duck Creek Shredding / Data Insights
  • Git, CI/CD pipelines, and SQL Server
