Job Description

Role Purpose:
The Director – Inside Sales will lead and scale the inside sales function for IT services and solutions focused on the BFSI domain, driving pipeline growth, revenue, and strategic customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Inside Sales function supporting IT services and solutions for BFSI clients
Drive revenue generation, lead-to-opportunity conversion, and sales pipeline growth
Build, manage, and mentor inside sales managers and teams
Define inside sales strategy aligned with BFSI market needs and IT offerings
Partner closely with Field Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams
Ensure strong understanding of BFSI customer challenges, compliance, and technology needs
Track sales metrics, dashboards, and performance reviews
Improve productivity through CRM adoption, sales tools, and process optimization
Support account-based selling, cross-sell, and upsell initiatives

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong experience in inside sales for IT services or technology solutions
Good exposure to BFSI domain (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, FinTech)
Proven leadership in scaling and managing inside sales teams
Strong understanding of lead management, sales funnels, and conversion metrics
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills
Experience with CRM platforms and sales analytics

Experience & Qualifications:

12–18 years of experience in IT sales or inside sales roles
5+ years in a leadership role managing inside sales teams
BFSI domain exposure preferred
MBA or relevant graduate qualification preferred
