Job Description

Person will be responsible to devise the company’s IT strategy and execute it globally. The primary objective is to establish and maintain best of the class, robust and secure IT infrastructure that gives seamless business continuity for all customers.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Establishing and managing a robust and secure IT infrastructure

o Datacenter – Server, Storage, Virtualization, Security, Databases, etc.

o Network– LAN & WAN (Internet & MPLS)

o Backup

o Cloud transition

o Network Devices (Routers/ Firewall/IPS/Switches)

o Endpoints ( Windows/ Mac/ Linux )

o Email Security (Tools/ Policies/ Rules)

o VAPT

o SIEM

o SOC, NOC

o DLP

o Intrusion prevention

o Ransomware protection

o Threat intelligence

o SSO

o O365

• Improving the quality and stability of IT infrastructure measured by SLAs

• Establish and maintain the IT Budgets CAPEX and OPEX

• Prepare and have IT Statutory Audits conducted with zero major non-conformities

• Plan, Lead and oversee all IT procurements

• Establish and manage the IT Licenses (ensure no piracy, copyright infringement & risk of reputation loss)

• Continuously review and manage vendors and assess their service quality

• Manage continued sustenance of ISO 27001:2013, SOC 2

• Develop, maintain and publish IT framework including policies, processes and templates

• Ensure preparedness of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan

• Interface with client's IT, security and risk teams on requirement gathering, responses and reviews

Review IT security architecture

• Interface with Sales and Delivery teams for support in Pre-Sales, RFP, RFI, MSA reviews

• Drive vulnerability assessment and penetration testing activities

• Manage key aspects like incident management and change management

• Keep abreast of latest security and privacy legislation, regulations, advisories, alerts, vulnerabilities and proactively suggest best practices for continuous improvement of ISMS

• Monitor changes in relevant regulations / standards etc affecting information security and drive changes internally

• Articulate contractual risks and work with senior management to mitigate the same.

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Must have 18+ of overall experience in IT Systems, Infrastructure, Date center management etc

• Technical background (BTech, BE, BCA, MCA)

• Understanding of industry and regulatory governing bodies standards such as SOX, ISO 27001:2013, OWASP, NIST, DPA UK, SOC2 etc. and other relevant Regulatory guidelines, Data Privacy Laws etc

• Specialization in Service Management, IT Architecture, Messaging, Mobility, Security & IT Deployments.

• Knowledge of risk assessment procedures, policy formation, role-based authorization methodologies, authentication technologies, and security attack pathologies

• Project management skills, including financial/budget management, scheduling and resource management

• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams to achieve tactical and strategic goals

• Detailed technical knowledge of systems software, protocols, and standards

• Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
