PLSQL Developer

1. Should be good in with PL/SQL development with knowledge of Database Triggers, Stored Procedures, Functions, View / Materliazed views and Packages

2. Should have knowledge of system defined stored procedure

3. Good hands on with Partitioning and working on large OLAP systems

4. Should be good in performance tuing and query optimization

5. Should have DBA knowledge too.

6. Should have knowledge of UNIX

7. should have good communication skills
