Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer with 6-8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in PySpark, Python, SQL, Oracle, and AWS services, particularly S3 and Lambda. Additionally, experience with large-scale data processing frameworks such as EMR, Athena, and Glue is highly desirable.

Must Haves:

  • Expertise in PySpark, Python, and SQL
  • Experience with AWS services like EMR, Athena, Glue, and Redshift
  • Proficiency in Oracle database management, including stored procedures
  • Strong understanding and experience with AWS services, particularly S3 and Lambda
  • Ability to work with large-scale data processing frameworks such as EMR, Athena, and Glue
  • Ability to optimize data workflows and perform performance tuning
  • Can directly work with business users
  • Can work independently without much supervision
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner

Good to Have:

  • Familiarity with Redshift for data warehousing
  • Exposure on CI/CD Pipelines.
