Job Description

We are looking for a Data Engineer to build and maintain the cloud‑based data architecture that powers our agentic AI and knowledge curation systems. This role focuses on enabling high‑quality data ingestion, retrieval, and vector‑based search to support a multi‑path agentic workflow with a human‑in‑the‑loop review process.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build cloud data architecture to support agentic AI systems and RAG pipelines (Databricks preferred).
  • Develop and maintain indexing, vector search, and retrieval workflows optimized for knowledge-rich prompts.
  • Enable the knowledge curation agent to draw from:
  • A slowly changing knowledge base (domain facts, research data, web‑derived insights).
  • Dynamic on‑screen transactional data that changes per execution.
  • Implement data caching and reuse mechanisms to ensure efficient context enrichment for AI agents.
  • Collaborate with AI engineering teams to support multi-path agentic workflows that curate knowledge iteratively.
  • Build data processes that integrate seamlessly with human‑in‑the‑loop (HITL) curation and verification.

 

Qualifications

  • Experience building data pipelines and cloud architectures (Azure/AWS/GCP; Databricks a plus).
  • Strong understanding of RAG systems, vector databases, indexing strategies, and scalable data storage.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI systems and knowledge management workflows.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally with AI engineers and domain experts.
