Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Lead Data Analyst to drive data initiatives and lead a team of analysts in delivering impactful insights. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Snowflake, Sigma BI, and advanced analytics, along with proven experience in mentoring teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to influence business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical & Analytical:

  • Architect and maintain scalable data pipelines and models using Snowflake.
  • Lead the development of advanced dashboards and visualizations in Sigma BI to support business decision-making.
  • Perform complex data analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
  • Ensure high standards of data quality, governance, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to define data requirements and ensure seamless integration.

Leadership & Strategic:

  • Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Define and drive the data analytics roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Act as a key liaison between analytics and business units, translating business needs into data-driven solutions.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Establish best practices for data analysis, reporting, and visualization across the organization.
  • Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to enhance analytics capabilities.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely delivery of analytics projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or mentoring role.
  • Expertise in Snowflake, Sigma BI, and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and cloud data platforms.
  • Experience with Python, R, or other scripting languages for data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver business impact.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with data science and machine learning concepts.
  • Knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance standards.
  • Certification in Snowflake, BI tools, or data analytics is a plus.
