Job Description

This contractor roles is required to support the active migration of MTC services from GCP to AWS while maintaining operational stability of the existing GCP environment. The work requires deep hands-on experience in both GCP and AWS, including containerized workloads (Kubernetes), AWS Fargate, networking, IAM, and cloud-native infrastructure patterns. The contractor will help “keep the lights on” for the existing GCP footprint, supporting incident response, performance optimization, security updates, and deployment continuity, ensuring no disruption to business operations during the transition. This requires a senior-level engineer who can independently design, implement, and stabilize cloud infrastructure without extended ramp-up time. This position directly mitigates operational risk, accelerates migration timelines, and prevents production instability while enabling the team to meet committed delivery milestones.
