Job Description

As an Azure Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a critical role in building and deploying cloud resources. This position demands hands-on expert who can architect, implement, and optimize Azure-based infrastructure to support critical applications and services. Your work will directly influence the scalability, security, and reliability of our technology ecosystem, enabling seamless business operations and innovation. You will collaborate across teams to drive automation, enforce best practices, and ensure our cloud infrastructure is resilient, cost-effective, and future-ready.

Responsibilities
•    Design and deploy scalable, secure, and highly available Azure infrastructure solutions.
•    Manage and monitor Azure resources including virtual machines, networking, storage, and identity services.
•    Implement automation using tools like PowerShell, Azure CLI, ARM templates, and Terraform.
•    Collaborate with development and operations teams to support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
•    Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices in cloud environments.
•    Optimize cost and performance of Azure services.
•    Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
•    Maintain documentation of architecture, configurations, and procedures.
•    Stay updated with the latest Azure features and industry trend

Required Skills & Qualifications
•    6 to 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure with at least 3+ years in Azure cloud services.
•    Strong understanding of Azure IaaS and PaaS offerings.
•    Experience with Azure networking (VNETs, NSGs, VPNs, ExpressRoute).
•    Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Terraform).
•    Familiarity with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Security Center.
•    Knowledge of identity and access management (Azure AD, RBAC).
•    Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
•    Azure certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, or AZ-500 are highly desirable

 Nice-to-Have
•    Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing role
•    Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Azure CLI).
•    Familiarity with Azure AI services, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365
•    Experience with change management and user adoption strategies
