Job Description
The Change Management & Adoption Analyst supports successful user adoption and value realization for enterprise AI, automation, and process improvement initiatives. This role is responsible for planning and executing change management, training, and communication activities that enable end users and stakeholders to effectively adopt new solutions and ways of working. The analyst partners closely with program and process leads to ensure change activities are aligned with delivery milestones and business outcomes.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute change management and adoption plans to support the rollout of AI, automation, and process improvement solutions.
- Create training materials, job aids, and enablement content to support end-user readiness and sustained adoption.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and onboarding activities for impacted user groups.
- Support end-user onboarding and monitor usage adoption to identify gaps or risks.
- Prepare and deliver stakeholder communications related to solution, process, and workflow changes.
- Gather user feedback, analyze adoption trends, and identify risks to adoption or value realization.
- Partner with the Program Manager and Process/Value Analyst to align change and adoption activities with delivery milestones and outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and a coordinated change approach.
- Maintain documentation related to change plans, training materials, and adoption metrics.
- Adhere to ethical standards and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience developing training materials and facilitating enablement sessions.
- Working knowledge of change management and adoption best practices.
- Ability to gather and synthesize user feedback into actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across technical and business teams.
