Job Description

• Strong expertise in Web Intelligence (WebI) report development
• Universe design using IDT
• BO security and access management
• CMC and BO administrative activities
• Scheduling, publications, and report distribution
• Experience in production support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Exposure to ServiceNow, JIRA, and GitHub
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational database concepts
• Strong problem solving, communication, and documentation skills
