Business Analyst - Lead

Job Description

o    Has enough knowledge of specialist area to be credible with business users and SMEs. Is still developing SME knowledge in a number of areas.
o    Good understanding of project methodologies and their application within the organization’s project methodology.
o    Good awareness of domain activities.
o    Risk domain knowledge – Credit Risk, Market Risk, SACCR & IFRS9, with some knowledge of RWA and Leverage Balance Sheet calculations

Experience of gathering and clarifying requirements from the business and preparing and issuing a range of key business analysis deliverables E.g. Requirements Documentation
o    Experience of communicating with a wide array of people including experience of stakeholder management at various levels E.g. AVP, VP, D
o    Experience of some of the underpinning frameworks and tools for business analysis documentation e.g. UML / BPMN
o    Experience of working in Agile Methodology and usage of confluence and jira.
o    Experience of Data Analysis E.g. Working with big datasets, creating simple/medium SQL queries (preferably Teradata or SQL Server), confident Excel user.
o    Exposure to working in medium to large scale change initiatives.
o    Good experience of the software development lifecycle, the roles and responsibilities on large projects and the motivations of the actors involved.
o    Adept at using Microsoft Office products with some experience using other software packages relevant to BA work.

Strong knowledge of SQL & Stored procedure
