Job Description

Experience: 8-10 Years

Location: Noida

Mandatory Skills:

SSRS, Data Querying & Transformation (SQL), Data Visualization Libraries (D3.js), Data Warehousing (DWH), ETL Concepts, IBM DataStage, MS SQL, Power BI

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise BI and analytics strategy aligned with organizational objectives and data-driven decision-making goals.

• Establish reporting governance frameworks, BI standards, and analytics best practices across teams.

• Lead the design of enterprise reporting architectures, dashboard frameworks, and analytics platforms.

• Define enterprise SQL standards and reporting optimization strategies supporting scalable analytics solutions.

• Drive Data Warehousing (DWH) reporting and analytics strategies aligned with business and operational objectives.

• Establish enterprise reporting standards using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, MicroStrategy, SAP BusinessObjects, Cognos, SSRS, and related BI platforms.

• Define dashboard design principles, visualization standards, and self-service analytics governance practices.

• Drive adoption of advanced data visualization capabilities using D3.js and modern analytics techniques.

• Establish governance standards for reporting quality, data validation, reconciliation, and analytics consistency.

• Lead architecture reviews, technical governance discussions, and BI modernization initiatives.

• Identify reporting risks, performance bottlenecks, and analytics gaps while defining mitigation strategies.

• Collaborate with various teams and leadership stakeholders to align analytics initiatives with organizational objectives.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on analytics maturity, reporting excellence, user adoption, and business value realization.
