Job Description
For Junior HRBP role at Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- New Joiner Onboarding:
- Welcome & Integrate: Spearhead the welcoming experience for all new hires in Pune, ensuring a seamless and warm reception aligned with our Employee Experience framework
- Coordination & Logistics: Collaborate closely with IT, Admin, and Hiring Managers to ensure all logistical requirements for new hires (e.g., Pune office orientation, laptop setup, access) are met proactively, making their first day exceptional.
- On-the-Floor Employee Engagement & Experience:
- Pulse of the Floor: Actively engage with employees across various teams in Pune, conducting informal connects and gathering qualitative feedback to understand the local sentiment and identify emerging themes.
- Engagement Program Support: Assist in the planning and execution of local employee engagement activities, team-building events, and celebration initiatives that reinforce our values of Collaboration and Fun/Work-life balance.
- Employee Experience Support: Support the Senior HRBP in designing and implementing localized initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience in Pune.
- HR Operational Support & Team Collaboration:
- Point of Contact: Serve as an approachable point of contact for routine HR queries from employees and managers in Pune, escalating complex issues to the Senior HRBP as needed.
- Culture Champion: Act as a local ambassador for Iris's culture and values, promoting positive workplace behaviors
- Collaboration across Functions: Work effectively with various HR COE teams (Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Learning & Development, Employer Branding) and other support functions (Admin & Facilities, IT support) to ensure integrated and efficient HR service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree/Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to employee engagement or HR operations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), with a natural ability to build rapport quickly.
- A friendly, energetic, and proactive approach to problem-solving and service delivery. Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
