Job Summary

We are looking for a curious, detail-oriented, and analytical Associate Executive to join the Research Team at Iris Software in Noida. The role will support sales, account management, marketing, and leadership teams by providing company, industry, competitive, and technology insights that help drive business growth and strategic decision-making. 

Job Description

  • Conduct secondary research on companies, industries, markets, and emerging technologies.
  • Develop company profiles, account intelligence reports, executive briefs, and prospect research deliverables.
  • Monitor client and prospect developments, including leadership changes, business initiatives, technology investments, partnerships, and acquisitions.
  • Track industry trends and market developments across key sectors served by Iris Software.
  • Support sales and account teams with opportunity identification, stakeholder mapping, and account planning research.
  • Perform competitive intelligence research and benchmark competitors' capabilities, offerings, and market positioning.
  • Leverage research platforms, databases, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and GenAI tools to gather and analyze information.
  • Prepare concise presentations, reports, dashboards, and insight summaries for internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of research outputs.
  • Contribute to knowledge management initiatives and continuous improvement of research processes.
