Job Description

 Handling E-mail escalations via respective channels.

•    Taking corrective follow ups and communicating with different stake holders

•     Strategic planning to support & contribute in onshore technical consultant satisfaction.

•    Creating reference documents, knowledge sharing & training of iTIME to new joiners 

      (Consultants)

•    Facilitating the creation of daily/weekly / monthly / quarterly MIS and customer reports   

       for management.

•    Taking part in Management Monthly meetings
