Job Description

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Chartered Accountant to join our finance team as a Senior Executive Corporate Finance. This role is designed for a newly qualified or early-career professional looking to master the Record-to-Report (R2R) cycle. You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our financial records, driving the month-end close process, and maintaining rigorous compliance with Ind AS.

Key Responsibilities
•    General Ledger Management: Maintain and review GL accounts for accuracy; manage journal entries, accruals, provisions, and reclassifications.
•    Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly and yearly financial statements in accordance with Ind AS Guidelines. Support variance analysis (Actuals vs. Budget) for management review.
•    Month-End Close: Lead end-to-end closing activities, ensuring all schedules and reconciliations are completed within agreed SLA timelines.
•    Fixed Assets & Intercompany: Ensure timely fixed asset accounting (capitalization, depreciation, disposals) and perform intercompany reconciliations.
•    Audit & Compliance: Facilitate statutory and internal audits by preparing clean monthly schedules and ensuring "zero-observation" closures.
•    Process Excellence: Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and identify opportunities to leverage ERP functionalities for process automation.

Mandatory Qualifications:
•    Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
•    Experience: 0–2 years of post-qualification experience (strong Articleship experience in Audit or Financial Accounting is highly valued).
•    Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and a foundational understanding of financial controls.
Preferred Skills:
•    Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA or Oracle NetSuite.
•    Strong working knowledge of Ind AS
