Job Description

  • Lead and manage multiple large and complex programs across accounts, ensuring delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes
  • Act as the primary engagement leader for key clients, driving executive-level relationships and aligning delivery with client business objectives
  • Own end-to-end program governance including planning, execution, risk management, financials, and stakeholder communication
  • Drive program level delivery strategy, including resourcing, capacity planning, and utilization optimization
  • Partner with Sales and Presales teams to support business growth through solutioning, estimations, and RFP/RFI responses
  • Ensure successful delivery of projects leveraging Agile, DevOps, and modern engineering practices across distributed teams
  • Define and implement delivery governance frameworks, KPIs, and metrics to drive predictability, quality, and efficiency
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and issues proactively and drive mitigation strategies at program and portfolio level
  • Mentor and develop Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams to build high-performing teams
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery processes, tools, and methodologies
  • Collaborate with Practice and Technology teams to bring the right capabilities and solutions to clients
  • Ensure financial accountability including revenue, margins, billing, and cost optimization for programs/accounts
  • Act as an escalation point for delivery and client issues, ensuring timely resolution
