Job Description

  • Understands and supports IT Business Continuity Programs, business recovery, crisis management and disaster recovery;
  • Understand enterprise application architecture and application dependencies on the underlying storage, server, operating system, database, network and firewall infrastructure and DR environment;
  • Facilitate the creation of entity/ or critical business service/ function Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Business Continuity Plans including RTO, RPO, mapping of resources and managing crises.
  • Support the delivery of Business Continuity implementation program covering all aspect of business continuity & resilience lifecycle which included Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Planning, training/awareness activities and testing (Tabletop, Simulation & Call tree)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the development and testing of business continuity and disaster recovery plans for critical business functions and systems.
  • Perform risk assessment, propose mitigation measures and assist in writing policies, procedures, frameworks of control other ISO 22301 related documents
  • Create, manage and deliver trainings to all stakeholders involved for critical service/function to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities
  • Identify key goals and metrics for business continuity and report to senior management.
  • This role requires interaction with senior leaders hence need people with excellent communication skills, collaboration skills to work with multiple teams
  • Solving complex problems, escalating issues or risks and monitor progress and result
  • Monitor and evaluate emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory changes related to business continuity management, and make recommendations for enhancements to the program as necessary.

Good to Have: -

  • Certified Business Continuity Professional in ISO 22301 – LI & LA
