Job Description

Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop agentic AI solutions using large language models
• Build AI agents that can reason, retrieve context, and execute tasks across systems
• Implement embeddings and semantic search for context-aware responses
• Develop and maintain enterprise knowledge bases using semantic models
• Leverage AWS services, including S3, for knowledge storage and retrieval
• Integrate AI agents with Microsoft platforms, including Power Platform and enterprise APIs
• Apply security, governance, and compliance best practices in AI solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver aligned solutions
• Test, validate, and optimize agent performance and accuracy
• Document agent designs, workflows, and operational processes

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 6 years of experience in software development, AI, or automation roles
• Hands-on experience with large language models and prompt design
• Strong knowledge of embeddings, vector search, and semantic retrieval
• Proficiency in Python and API-based integrations
• Experience working with AWS, including S3
• Experience with Microsoft platforms, including Power Platform and security concepts
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Must Have

  • Design and develop agentic AI solutions using large language models
  • Strong knowledge of embeddings, vector search, and semantic retrieval
  • Proficiency in Python and API-based integrations
  • Experience working with AWS, including S3
  • Experience integrating AI Agents with Microsoft platforms, including Power Platform, enterprise APIs
  • Hands-on experience in applying security, governance, and compliance best practices in AI solutions

Preferred
• Experience with agent orchestration or routing patterns
• Familiarity with semantic models and enterprise knowledge bases
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
