Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Own delivery outcomes – ensure timely, quality progress of features and initiatives from discovery to delivery
  2. Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments across squads
  3. Lead stakeholder engagement – align business, technology, and risk teams on outcomes
  4. Drive delivery governance, reporting, and compliance
  5. Ensure clear accountability across teams (not centralised to leadership)
  6. Improve delivery efficiency, processes, and Agile maturity
  7. Translate ideas/objectives into executable delivery plans

Must-Have Skills

  1. Strong delivery leadership
  2. Excellent communication & stakeholder management
  3. Proven ability to manage cross-team dependencies and risk
  4. Strong technology understanding (platforms, architecture, SDLC)
  5. Experience with governance, reporting, and compliance frameworks
  6. Ability to drive accountability at squad/team level
  7. Experience working with AI Tools - Specifically Cursor

Good to Have

  1. Exposure to Cyber Security delivery / vulnerability remediation programs
  2. Experience with regulatory or risk-driven delivery environments
