Job Description

Key Responsibilities
•    Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to client onboarding, KYC, and client lifecycle management.
•    Work on Salesforce-based applications supporting client data, onboarding workflows, and customer intelligence platforms.
•    Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
•    Understand and document client context data models, including client hierarchies, relationships, and behavioral insights.
•    Support the design of solutions for client onboarding journeys & client insights.
•    Partner with technology teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
•    Perform impact analysis, gap analysis, and data mapping across upstream/downstream systems.
•    Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), validate deliveries, and ensure alignment with business expectations.
•    Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders across business, compliance, and technology domains.
•    Ensure proper documentation including requirement documents, process maps, and data lineage.
•    Drive continuous improvement of processes and enhance client experience and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience
•    At least 9 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in financial services or customer data platforms.
•    Experience in client onboarding, KYC, Client insights
•    Familiarity with client data management, customer 360 view
•    Strong understanding of data flow, APIs, integrations, and system interactions.
•    Ability to create process flows, user journeys, and requirement documentation.
•    Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
•    Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
•    Knowledge of financial domain (capital markets/wealth management)
•    Experience in using Gen AI tools like Cursor/CoPilot/Claude

•    Understanding client segmentation and analytics use cases.
•    Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
•    Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related ecosystems).
