Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled ETL Developer with 6–8 years of experience to design, develop, and optimize data integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IBM DataStage 11.7, Oracle 19c, and cloud platforms such as Azure, along with proficiency in automation, scheduling, and DevOps tools.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using IBM DataStage 11.7.
• Work extensively with Oracle Database (preferably 19c) for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Implement and manage ETL workflows in Azure cloud environments.
• Schedule and monitor jobs using Control-M.
• Automate build and deployment pipelines with Jenkins.
• Write and optimize Shell scripts for automation and system tasks.
• Collaborate with teams using GIT for version control and code management.
• Work in Linux environments to support ETL operations.
• Utilize Flyway for database migrations and Artifactory for artifact management.
• Ensure data quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
• 6–8 years of professional experience in ETL development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in IBM DataStage 11.7.
• Proficiency in Oracle Database (19c preferred).
• Experience with Azure cloud services for data integration.
• Knowledge of Control-M for job scheduling.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong scripting skills in Shell scripting.
• Proficiency in GIT for version control.
• Solid experience working in Linux environments.
• Exposure to Flyway and Artifactory tools.
